Troubled comedian Katt Williams has raised the bar on the beef between him and North Philly-born comedian Kevin Hart, posting a video challenging Hart to a $5 million comedy battle during one of Williams' upcoming shows in Philadelphia.

Williams, speaking to the Atlanta audience of his current Conspiracy Theory tour on Saturday, accused Hart of being a corporate "puppet" who hasn't earned his current place atop comedy's mainstream throne.

Katt Williams has managed to shock his fans, again, after he was arrested in Georgia for allegedly assaulting a pool store employee. After boos, he continued: "Even if that [expletive is] a puppet, it's not his fault".

Williams was taken into custody without incident and charged with battery, Holbrook told CNN in an email.

Williams was booked into jail at 1:34 p.m. and faces a misdemeanor battery charge, authorities said.

Kevin Hart is on a constant upward success plane and it's evident that with more success, comes more critique and criticism.
