Liverpool players are thriving in their positions

"He took the situation [being dropped] brilliantly and is in a really good moment".

As expected, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp was a hit on Monday Night Football, with the majority of supporters thoroughly enjoying his appearance on the programme.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has revealed that he is happy with the club's fine early-season form but is wary about getting too carried away.

But now he has taken charge of a full pre-season, he is hoping for better in his first full campaign with the Reds.

"You only have to see with the number of goals they score, they have a new philosophy and I really like the coach".

Liverpool have thus far scored 16 goals in the Premier League, the second highest in the division behind the Citizens.

"It's different. I can say it is nothing compared to the Yellow Wall because 27,000 people are standing there, which is quite impressive", Klopp is quoted as saying by Sky Sports.

"We are a ball-possession team", Klopp said.

The former Borussia Dortmund manager is approaching the first anniversary of his move to Merseyside with his side sitting in fourth position in the Premier League.

"We had this very important game against Hull, where everybody said before "this is the last real issue they have, they can not play against teams that defend deeper".

I have no idea but there are seven, eight, nine teams who think they should be top of the league.

"We all have to cope with it, we all have to deal with it and it's good for everybody who watches it".

He told the official website: "All of the players in my position, and other positions, are playing very well. We will be better from week to week [and] I will try to show my skills in training to get more minutes in the Premier League".
