Donations for Standing Rock Reservation protest camps in North Dakota have been gathered and delivered from communities around the country and the Flathead Reservation is on the bandwagon to deliver more donations.

Stein and her running mate Ajamu Baraka have had warrants issued for their arrests in North Dakota after a video was released of Stein spray-painting the words "I approve this message" onto a blade of one of the bulldozers being used to pave the way for the Dakota Access Pipeline.

Last week, three US government agencies said they would not authorize construction of the pipeline on federal land near North Dakota's Lake Oahe until agencies decide whether there's a need to reconsider any of the previous permit decisions regarding the area.

Dakota Access LLC filed the complaint against Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Chairman David Archambault II and others, seeking restraining orders and unspecified monetary damages.

Amanda White Crane, an American Indian Studies alumni spoke about the solidarity felt between herself as a Northern Cheyenne and the Standing Rock Sioux.

In the brief, the company said customer contracts could be permanently lost if Dakota Access' January 1, 2017 delivery schedule isn't kept.

The pipeline goes through the Dakotas and Iowa to IL.

The tribe wants to block the pipeline because it could cross sacred ground and burial sites and could pose health problems. Almost 40 have been arrested as the protest has grown in size, including Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Chairman David Archambault II. "I think as citizens we're all connected with these issues, not just for the specific Native American peoples in that region, but for our own national interest", Rhodes said.

Bender said, "When it breaks water would be undrinkable unusable for the reservation residents". For months, Native Americans and allies have been protesting the pipeline that originates in the Bakken oilfields of western North Dakota.

Last week, a federal judge denied the tribe's request to halt the construction, simultaneously perpetuating both patterns of dishonesty and fraudulent promises.

He attributed the calm atmosphere of the camp to the temporary halt in construction.

"Really put yourself in the situation of the natives", Jimmie said.

Right now, the Obama Administration has placed the project on hold.

No one - neither the company, nor the tribe, nor federal agencies - has said.

"Since the tribal lands fall on a major watershed, it's just too great a risk", Jimmie said.

Chants of "water is life!" rang out amid raised fists, hand-written protest signs and the booming sounds of Tohono O'odham drums at the UA standing in solidarity with Standing Rock gathering on the UA Mall earlier today.

Jennifer Cook, policy director for the American Civil Liberties Union of North Dakota, called the restraining order an "attempt to silence and intimidate the public's free speech rights".
