The San Francisco Chronicle (http://sfg.ly/1o8oXdp ) says the report, released Thursday, found that Mario Woods had wounds in his head, back, abdomen, buttocks, legs and hands — although multiple wounds might be from the same bullet.

The medical examiner's report includes toxicology findings indicating methamphetamine, marijuana and traces of other drugs in the 26-year-old's blood. "Police initially alleged that Woods lunged at them with a 4.5" knife, a fact which Woods' family's attorney says is disproved by cell phone video of the incident.
