Has EA's Xbox One and PS4 title been delayed till 2017?

The next Mass Effect as it was once known as will launch during EA's fourth quarter, which is January to March 2017. We have Battlefield, our first person shooter game coming in the third quarter and third party title, Respawn, our partner that builds Titanfall.

In line with lead writer Chris Schlerf's departure from Bioware, it has been revealed that "Mass Effect: Andromeda's" is set to be released in the last quarter of 2017. This is also one of the first times we've heard EA talk about Titanfall 2 being this year (and inevitably an E3 "surprise"), as well as confirmation of a new Battlefield on the way.
