Uncle Snoop is trying to save the day and buy Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles, after the company admitted it is at risk of shutting down after its parent company filed for bankruptcy.

"What happened?!" Snoop said with a stern look on his face after hearing the news. Uncle Snoop, who is... "I'm guess I'm gonna have to name it Snoop Dogg's Chicken N' Waffles", the rapper answered after contemplating the situation. "Man they play too much".

Beasley alleged that the company gave Latino employees better work schedules than its black employees, and that he was sacked as a result of pushing for different scheduling practices.

According to the bankruptcy filing documents, East Coast Foods estimates that it has less than $50,000 in assets and between $10 and $50 million in debts.

Fortunately, financial experts say, it's very unlikely the chain's seven restaurants throughout Southern California will close down. The company was founded by Harlem native Herbert Hudson.

Daniel Beasley's attorney, Scott Cummings, told the Los Angeles Times that he had hired a lawyer to start the process of collecting on the judgment.

Snoop has publicly shown his love for Roscoe's in the past, in one instance, even taking Larry King to the waffle place, because he said it's his, "favorite spot".
