Kokinis set to be the lead dog at the pound
According to the Associated Press, the Cleveland Browns are drawing closer to a deal that would bring Baltimore Ravens director of Pro Personnel George Kokinis to the team to become their new general manager.
Browns head coach Eric Mangini gave every indication that the marriage between Kokinis and Cleveland was imminent, and that he would welcome the opportunity to work beneath him, as the two are close friends.
Kokinis spent the past two days speaking with the organization, and while no announcement has been made, it is expected that a agreement will come together very soon.
