I think the Pats take a RB in the second, BUT why not , Lamicheal James or Robert Turbin?  The guy they want at saftey next year is Trumaine Johnson CB/S.

  • Jetimaster2

C Peter Knoz will go to Dallas in the first round, Jenkins will be around in the second, to much baggage!
Pats like CB Stephen Gilmore, or Trumaine Johnson CB/S at thier saftey spot next year.  Gilmore may be gone, so Johnson is more likely.

  • Jetimaster2

New England will not take Harrison Smith , they want a better tackler/cover guy.  Trumaine Johnson CB/S or CB  Stephen Gilmore, are the guys the Pats like at Saftey next year.   Watch Zac Brown LB, somebody will have him playing S in the NFL !

  • Jetimaster2

NO Zac Brown in the first TWO rounds,…. NO-WAY,  Philly or Denver, maybe Green Bay, Jets.  This guy has to much speed, he will go in the 1st or 2nd for SURE !!!

  • Jetimaster2

Pats will not take a S at #48, but OG Kevin Zietler
At #54 (from Atlanta) RB Wilson,or Martin, or Turbin
    At #63 CB/S Tromaine Johnson
At #94 C david Molk, or C/G Phillip Blake

  • Jetimaster2

Pats filled thier Saftey spot with FA  Gregory, so they will continue to get younger on the Oline by picking at #48  OG Kevin Zietler. I think they pick RB , Wilson, Martin, or Turbin, with a 2nd round pick aquirred in a trade.
With the #63 pick they take CB/S  Trumaine Johnson if he’s on the Board.

Wow!  With all the losses the Texans had in free agency, plus the release of RT Eric Winston & the trade of ILB DeMeco Ryans, I don’t see them taking another WR in Round 2, especially reaching for a player they could likely get much later.
