The two candidates with victories so far - Trump in New Hampshire and Cruz in Iowa - have been engaged in an increasingly bitter duel in recent days and they took it to a new level Saturday.

It's going to be a late one, so you probably won't be partying afterwards.

The real race appears to be for second place, with Cruz, Bush, Rubio and Kasich in a free-for-all, and retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson a distant sixth. This is just nuts.
