Matt Maiocco (via Twitter) posted a link to a sweet video on NFL.com of 49ers head coach Mike Singletary being mic’ed up last week against the Rams.

Singletary is one of my all-time favorite players and coaches in the NFL and this video pretty much sums up my reasoning behind that. Talk about tough love… Singletary is the master of that and then some, motivating his guys to be better on every play. No wonder the Niners are 3-1 and playing great ball.
