Sanders focused on Super Tuesday after SC loss

Former US Secretary of State and Democratic presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton has won a resounding victory in the US state of SC.

Sanders spent the day in Texas while SC voters chose Clinton almost four-to-one in the state's primary before delivering a speech in Rochester, Minn., looking toward Super Tuesday. "We are not taking anything and we are not taking anyone for granted", she said.

Sanders will need to show he can win states with more diversity than New Hampshire and Iowa, where he ran a close second Clinton, said state Rep. Gilda Cobb-Hunter, an Democrat who is an unpledged superdelegate to the party's convention. According to exit polls, black voters made up 61% of the Democratic electorate, and Clinton won by 86-14 with them; she also won white voters 54-46. If true, that is about as instructive as anything I've ever heard Clinton say.

Clinton has recently attempted to distance herself from her advocacy of her husband's tough on crime policies after increased scrutiny and criticism. He said he had raised $10,000 for the Clinton campaign in the past week alone.
