A KKK event was scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Pearson Park, located at 400 North Harbour, Anaheim Anaheim police said in a Facebook post. The Klan members wore Confederate flag and grand dragon emblems, including patches illustrating the iconic hooded attire.

An unidentified Klan member was in custody after the attack, which left three counter-protesters stabbed.

The SUV pulled up and three men got out and began to unload signs when the group of about 50 counter-protesters ran over, yelling and throwing sticks, witnesses said.

When asked about his motives, a KKK member responded, "This is a white Christian nation, and we have all these illegal aliens coming here, selling drugs..." Meanwhile, KKK members sat undisturbed curbside.

The man replied "thank you", according to Levin.
