Flozell Adams en route to Washington?

Not much to go on here, but it seems as though the Redskins have emerged as the most likely landing spot for former Cowboys offensive tackle Flozell Adams.

According to Ryan O’Halloran of CSNWashington.com, team officials in Washington have contacted Adams’ agent to express interest in the veteran blocker, and while no visit has yet been scheduled, it’s doubtful that the Redskins will let Adams get too far, given their lack of depth and talent at the tackle position.

Adams would be a fairly solid fit for Washington at right tackle if the Redskins can upgrade the left side of their line via the draft later this month. Washington currently owns the #4 overall selection and has expressed significant interest in Oklahoma State tackle Russell Okung.
