Here’s a few links on this fine (and snowy – in my neck of the woods) morning…
- St. Louis has officially ended the 2009 campaign for safety Oshiomogho Atogwe. They’ve also snatched a quarterback off the Packers practice squad – former Central Washington standout Mike Reilly.
- The Saints have signed LB Anthony Waters from the Bills practice squad. Not sure how good he is considering the fact that the Bills have struggled with their linebackers all season long, but he must have something New Orleans wants to warrant a spot on the 53 man roster.
- ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that the Bengals have signed DT Shaun Smith, most recently with the Lions. Smith has already spent time in Cincinnati, so he should fit right in. They also placed rookie TE Chase Coffman on injured reserve.
- Texans RB Steve Slaton is done for the season, according to ESPN’s Paul Kuharsky.
