No-huddle offense coming to a team near you in KC

According to the Kansas City Star, Chiefs head coach Todd Haley believes that the no-huddle offense will be more beneficial to the team going forward, and will use it extensively to maintain the rhythym QB Matt Cassel had in the fourth quarter of last week’s overtime loss to the Cowboys.

The Chiefs are 0-5 and are averaging a miserable 258 yards a game on offense, so any change on that side of the ball would be welcome right now. Look for Cassel’s numbers to go up as he will likely be throwing the ball a lot more in the coming weeks, if he can stay healthy that is, given the horrible state of KC’s offensive line right now.
