According to the Associated Press, Saints RB Reggie Bush left practice today after he re-aggrevated his left knee. Bush had microfracture surgery during the off-season on the same knee, so his departure could be cause for concern in New Orleans.

Bush returned shortly after leaving the field with his knee wrapped in ice, but he did not resume any of the team’s offensive drills.
