The Denver Post is reporting that the Broncos will be without their head coach, Josh McDaniels, when they visit with USC QB Mark Sanchez today in Los Angeles. McDaniels apparently is feeling a bit under the weather and decided not to make the trip. Denver will rely on the views of GM Brian Xanders and offensive coordinator Mike McCoy instead to evaluate Sanchez prior to the NFL Draft this weekend.

The Broncos are in need of a long term solution at quarterback after they traded their young Pro Bowler at the position in Jay Cutler to the Bears in exchange for multiple draft picks from Chicago.

Are you kidding me? The guy runs Jay Cutler, a Pro-Bowl QB, out of Denver then calls in sick and is unable make a trip to see your “possible future franchise QB”. What a joke. I feel for all you Broncos fans. It’s going to be rough for you for a while. What the hell is Bowlen thinking.
