9:50 am: ESPN is now reporting that the charge against Marshall has been dismissed. It could play a factor in how many games Marshall we’ll be suspended, but given commissioner Roger Goodell’s hard line stance on off the field issues, I suspect he’ll get at least four games if not more.

12:45 am: According to an ESPN News report, Denver Broncos WR Brandon Marshall was arrested late Sunday night in Atlanta, GA and charged with disorderly conduct.

Marshall was booked into the Atlanta City Jail, and while details are still blurred at the moment, the Pro Bowl receiver was apparently involved in an altercation of sorts, leading to his arrest. Marshall is currently free on a $300 bond.

It’s likely that this incident could prove to be a costly one for Marshall, as the commissioner’s office is sure to take a look, and possibly hand down a suspension for multiple games next season. Marshall sat out the Broncos first match last year after his initial suspension was reduced to one game.
