But now Kensington Palace has confirmed the dates and locations that the newlyweds will be visiting between 16 October and the end of next month.

Harry and Meghan will be kicking it off with a trip to Australia, more precisely, the cities of Dubbo, Fraser Island, Melbourne, and Sydney.

The five nurses who attended the award ceremony in London were photographed with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The couple will depart the United Kingdom on October 16 en route to Australia where they'll stay until October 22.

On October 22 the royals will spend a day on Fraser Island, before making their way to Fiji and Tonga and then back to Sydney on October 26 to close out the Games the next day.

The Duke and Duchess have been invited to visit the Commonwealth Realms of Australia and New Zealand by the countries' respective governments.

An insider explained, "They wanted to hit the ground running after their marriage to focus on their charitable interests and Meghan is really looking forward to representing Her Majesty on her first major Commonwealth tour to Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand".

Their Royal Highnesses touch down in Wellington on October the 28th.

The palace said in a statement: "The programme across these four Commonwealth countries will focus on youth leadership, and environmental and conservation efforts, including the dedication of several new Queen's Commonwealth Canopy projects".

Next, they'll head to Fiji, where they'll visit Suva and Nadi over two full days.
