Ariana Grande's Manager Comes Out With A Response To Mac Miller's Passing

Lorde has joined the thousands of friends and fans paying tribute to rapper Mac Miller, who was found dead at his Los Angeles home yesterday after an apparent drug overdose at the age of 26.

Mac Miller, a rapper and producer who began his rise in the music industry in his late teens, has died, his family tells CNN.

While Grande has not publicly addressed Miller's tragic death, she did react to the blame by disabling her comments on Instagram. He casually sits on the ground in the shot, staring up at her adoringly.

At times, Miller's personal life attracted as much - if not more - attention than his professional accomplishments, particularly in the case of his relationship with singer Ariana Grande.

Grande and Miller had dated for about two years before breaking up earlier this year.

"This is one of my best friends in the whole world and favorite people on the planet, Malcolm McCormick", the 25-year-old "Sweetener" singer said with a snap of the pair holding hands. Great man. I loved him for real.

Grande moved on romantically with Saturday Night Live star and now fiance, Pete Davidson.

In May, shortly after their breakup, Miller crashed his auto and was charged with driving under the influence. Later, after a fan suggested their breakup was responsible for Miller's relapse, Grande responded, "I am not a babysitter or a mother and no woman should feel that they need to be". "I will continue to pray from the bottom of my heart that he figures it all out".

Sources claim there was no "obvious" evidence of drug use at the scene, but toxicology tests have been ordered to determine if substance abuse played a part in his passing.

Ariana has yet to publicly comment on Mac's death but the two were extremely close for the two years that they were together so it must be affecting her quite a bit. "Ariana is very upset".
