Taylor Swift shares she learned 'important lesson' from Kim Kardashian episode

Her comments last night have generated a firestorm of media attention - attention that definitely doesn't hurt her when she has stadium seats all around the world to fill.

Katy Perry has sent Taylor Swift an actual olive branch, seemingly ending the beef between the two megastars.

During her Reputation Stadium Tour opening night show in Glendale, Arizona, the 28-year-old star opened up to her fans in an intimate moment about going through a hard time "a couple of years ago" while alluding to her feud with Kim Kardashian West.

While on stage at the Arizona University of Phoenix Stadium, the 25-year-old singer and songwriter bounced around in a tight, pink crop top and matching pant ensemble that wasn's as secure as it seemed.

"I just got to my dressing room and found this actual olive branch", she said in her video. "This mean so much".

Swift and Perry were once friends, and exchanged happy tweets. Things came to a head, Swift added, when the performer "did something so horrible" the year before.

"For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not", she confessed to the magazine. She had snakes in her "Look What You Made Me Do" video, and at her show last night there were giant inflatable snakes everywhere.

The two-hour concert tackled almost every song on "Reputation", along with throwbacks to Swift's older hits, such as "Love Story", "You Belong With Me", "Should've Said No" and "All Too Well".

"I was like, 'Yeah, of course, I'm not on a record cycle...get the work (with Swift) and she's great. It's awkward, and I don't like it".

Afterward, Perry wrote, "Watch out for the Regina George in sheep's clothing..." referring to the antagonist in "Mean Girls".

The feud between the singers began in 2014 after Swift told Rolling Stone magazine that another singer had taken one of her backing dancers.

"I'm ready for that B.S.to be done", she said.

Speaking to James Corden during an episode of The Late Late Show Carpool Karaoke Primetime Special in 2017, Katy said: 'I think personally that women together, not divided, and like none of this petty s***.
