John Krasinski Would Love Fantastic Four

You don't need to tell actor John Krasinski that Emily Blunt, his wife since 2010, is out of his league because a customs agent already did that for you. When the audience cheered at the mention of the Girl on the Train star's name, Krasinski joked, "That reaction means I married up, and don't I know it". Despite their seemingly huge differences, though, Krasinski says that his experience making "The Office" was a huge inspiration for him when he set out to film "A Quiet Place". The agent obviously didn't know who Krasinski was and, after this encounter, would probably like to forget him.

"I hit this guy, he's about my age, he looked like he was about to get a little surly with me", Krasinski recalled for Fallon.

While the duo have been together for a long time, John shared during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday night, that during a recent visit to London a customs official at an airport seriously doubted his job and marital status. "He was like, 'Oh, you took what we did ideal'". When she read the script and said, 'You can't let anyone else play this role, ' I truly felt like she was proposing to me... The pair, who are also married in real life, have recently completed their first live action collaboration together in A Quiet Place, Paramount's new horror that is earning praise right across the board. And if [I am] unable to give them any of those things, then who am I? "That was so good.' I think it helped that we had so many discussions about character before shooting".

As indicated, both Krasinski and Blunt have had their hats in different rings associated with superhero films in the past.
