Former Disney Star Caroline Landed in White House

She applied for the internship through White House's portal.

The press assistants send out White House news releases, organize the reporters at necessary locations, and arrange briefing calls, to name a few things.

President TrumpDonald John TrumpCigna says it has reduced customers use of opioids by 25 percent Greens launch campaign to get Pruitt fired White House: "Maximum pressure" campaign on North Korea is working MORE last week tweeted that he'd chosen Bolton, a former United Nations ambassador during the George W. Bush administration, to replace H.R. McMaster as his national security adviser.

"Caroline Sunshine was a White House intern", White House spokesperson Lindsay Walters said as she explained how the actress got the job.

Sunshine was an actress in the Disney Channel show "Shake It Up" from 2010 until 2013. During the George W. Bush administration, AEI became known as both a talent feeder into the White House and a hotbed of the type of Neo-Conservative thinking favored by Bush and his cabinet. The singer/actress was also involved with the American Enterprise Institute.

Sunshine's Shake It Up co-stars Bella Thorne and Zendaya have not provided comment on this move, but who exactly is Caroline Sunshine?

Sunshine also starred in the 2010 film "Marmaduke", a fictional tale of a dog who helped his family adjust to living in Orange County, California.

Sunshine's new gig isn't her first in politics.

Though, as an institution, the AEI has kept its distance from Trump.

This isn't the first time that Caroline has expressed an interest in politics.

Sunshine, apparently, does not quite agree.

Thanks to her Disney fame, Sunshine has over 500,000 followers on Twitter and 236,000 on Instagram.

During her childhood, her stage credits included Annie Warbucks, The Nutcracker and after starting to attend professional auditions, she landed her first commercial role for Amazing Allysen the talking doll and then for Yoplait Go-Gurt and Cap'n Crunch.

A former Disney Channel star is headed to Washington, D.C. In any event, she hasn't been doing much Tweeting or 'Gramming since past year.

Although the 22-year-old has the credentials to take the position, let's be honest here, there are more rules to the game for press assistant Sunshine than Tinka Hessenheffer.
