Trump 'says USA should consider death penalty for drug dealers'

President Donald Trump has again called for enacting the death penalty for drug dealers during a rally meant to bolster a struggling GOP candidate for a US House seat. "As soon as he gets in, he's not going to vote for us".
Mnuchin also argued the press should pay less attention to Trump's rally speeches and more attention to his policies, such as his announcement on tariffs last week. He's a vocal supporter of Trump's plan to implement tariffs of 25% on steel and 10% on aluminum, and the Republicans' 2017 Tax Act, which, perhaps most notably, slashed the corporate tax rate to 21% from 35%. He repeatedly referred to Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Oprah Winfrey.

Both candidates in Pennsylvania's 18th District, Democrat Conor Lamb and Republican Rick Saccone (suh-KOHN'), have endorsed the tariffs.

While the western Pennsylvania district normally leans Republican, Democrats are confident they can win Tuesday's election, in part because of the controversy surrounding Trump's term in office.
Trump derided Democratic Representative Maxine Waters as "a very low IQ individual" and said that Washington DC was full of "evil" people. "The promise is they wouldn't be shooting off missiles in the meantime, and they're looking to de-nuke", he said.
"He also credited South Korea for doing a" great job" with the recent 2018 Winter Olympics. And analysts say even a closer-than-expected loss for Lamb in a district so heavily tilted toward Trump could symbolically translate into a win for Democrats - evidence that with the right candidate and the right message they can make inroads into Trump country. Trump also attacked the new map, calling it "very unfair".
"We have to build a wall", he said. In a January interview Trump said that he is not a feminist, because he's not exclusively supportive of women but of all people.
