Apple Might Be Joining The 'Phablet' Race With A Giant iPhone X

Regardless of the finer points, it's looking increasingly likely that Apple has three phones coming later this year, all inspired by the iPhone X.

The device was an instant hit until Apple chose to call it off this year.

Apple is secretly working on a new phone with a massive 6.5 inch screen, Bloomberg has claimed. However, the device will fit into the same dimensions thanks to the edge-to-edge display.

The E-SIM is already available in the iPad and Apple Watch and Apple wanted to include it as well in iPhone devices. Both of these phones will feature stainless steel edges, and there is a possibility Apple will add a gold color option for both of these pricier iPhones. Dubbed as the iPhone X Plus, it will be one of the three new iPhones slated to be released this year. But with Apple still struggling in China, it needs to sell the sizzles while keeping the price below $1,000.

The larger model will boast a 1242 x 2688 resolution display, the report claims, promising similar sharpness to the 5.8-inch iPhone X.

MacRumors saved the images and said the screen may be used for an upcoming model, called the iPhone X Plus.

It successfully clicked some of the constructing photos of iPhone X Plus that shows it is enormous in size as compared to iPhone X. Having a 6.5-inch display, the smartphone will most probably come with the somewhat similar design of its preceding. Speaking SIM, eSIM technology is also another possibility but it might not go through due to some carriers not supporting the idea. This means that the phone will feature an enormous amount of screen space, but remain the same size in the hand as an iPhone 8 Plus. Furthermore, the brand will also make use of the OLED screen for its largest iPhone, which is tipped to be similar to iPhone X.

Apple has tried selling cheaper phones in the past with poor results.

Even more, the fans also want a Dual Sim iPhone, so there is a high probability to have a future Apple smartphone with Dual Sim mode.

This time, the company is trying something different: using a cheaper body but including the features - Face ID and an edge-to-edge screen - that consumers most prize.
