YouTube Go also brings personalized video feeds and new sharing experiences. YouTube TV is available in the Roku Channel Store now. So, how is it any different from its Go iteration?

The app launched in beta a year ago, and had been active in 14 countries before today. The YouTube Go home screen now features trending and popular videos in your area, so that you users can find and discover videos easily. Now, you have the ability to share the multiple videos and that too without consuming data.

YouTube Go offers a number of features that allow users to watch and share videos while using the least amount of data possible.

This follows the launch of YouTube Go in India and 14 other countries previous year. Given that there are restrictions on data usage in many developing countries, the app shows the exact amount of bandwidth that would be required for video downloads. Reportedly, there are now no plans to extend Go in such countries with established internet connections.
