"Before my 15th birthday, we were at his house - in his auto in his garage - and he reached over and he penetrated me with his finger and that is when the sexual touching and abuse started, after that", she told Megyn Kelly on her Tuesday, January 30, show adding that the alleged molestation happened "more than 10 times" after that. Nicole claimed that Scott, someone she said she believed was her friend and someone she could trust, allegedly penetrated her with his fingers on the set of the show just shortly before her 15th birthday.
The interview with Dr. Oz never aired due to a cease and desist letter from Baio's attorneys. Eggert, Baio said, "just won't let them go".
Eggert's story is a bit hard to follow, but her alleged timeline seems to be that when they worked together on Charles in Charge, inappropriate conversations began when she was 14. "He also was telling me, 'You can't tell anybody, this is illegal, I'll go to jail. And that is when the sexual touching and abuse started". Eggert is now represented by attorney Lisa Bloom and is set to appear on Megyn Kelly Today to address the claims she recently brought up against Baio.
"My reputation is being damaged, my family is being put through this, and I am done", Baio said in the video. It wasn't a hold me down, rape me kind of situation, no, not at all.
However, Eggert said she continued to lie over the years to protect the show and because she didn't want to be looked at as a "leak" or a "victim".
She said after their encounter, he didn't treat her well on set.
Baio in a previous Facebook Live video says he is being falsely accused and says he and Eggert had a consensual relationship after she was over the age of 18. But then he showed a copy of an episode script page from 1990 when Eggert would have been 18.
"More than 10 times, more like probably once a week", she says. Why is this vast left-wing conspiracy only targeting hacks with very little actual talent instead of Republicans who might actually get work? She said she "always lied about it" in interviews years later.
"There's no doubt in my mind", Eggert said when Kelly asked her if she was in fact a minor when she first had sexual intercourse with Baio, which she said he initiated.
"It's one step forward and two steps back", Bloom said, adding that Eggert is in the process of considering her options: to go to police or to file a civil action.
Kelly also showed that former Charles In Charge actors Alexander Polinsky and Andy Carl both said Eggert had told them about the abuse. The exclusive interview will air Tuesday on " on NBC. "She said he molested me as a child and I didn't know any better", Richie said in a statement.
