Nelly's Girlfriend Defends Rapper Amid New Sexual Assault Accusations

Warning: there are graphic descriptions of sexual assault below. The woman was later identified as 21-year-old Monique Greene.

Nelly is facing more serious allegations.

The complaint, filed January 22 in Seattle, did not list the names of the women who were allegedly assaulted by the 43-year-old rapper, born Cornell Iral Haynes Jr.

While Nelly may be in the clear when it comes to one of his sexual assault accusers, the Country Grammar rapper now has two more women alleging he also took advantage of them.

Greene and her lawyer argue that the similarities in the stories told by the three victims demonstrates a pattern of assault.

The Hot in Herre singer vehemently denies all allegations.

One new accuser claims Nelly stuck his hand up her dress at a concert after party in June 2016.

Greene went to court this week to ask the judge to order Nelly - whose real name is Cornell Iral Haynes Jr. - to not do to other women what she claims he did to her.

"Defendant Nelly got off the table ledge and came close to her", it continued. The woman says she ultimately did leave.

Green sued Nelly in late December for the alleged sexual assault she claims happened on his tour bus in October. She was invited to his dressing room, but her friends were prevented from accompanying her by security guards. The document does not state whether or not Jane Doe 1 filed a police report, and Jane Doe 2 allegedly considered going to the police after her incident but thought she would not be believed.

Prosecutors said later that month they weren't charging him because the woman wasn't co-operating with the case.

Then, he allegedly grabbed her head to try to force her to give him oral sex.

Nelly is sensitive to women that have been victimized and marginalized. He then forced himself on her while she was intoxicated, according to the documents.

Greene later recanted the rape accusation.

Greene says she is aware of at least 2 other women who she says suffered the same fate as her with the rapper.

As promised, rapper Nelly is fighting back and has filed a countersuit against his rape accuser. Greene's friend made a decision to leave at that point, while Greene remained in Nelly's group. Nelly allegedly invited Doe 2 to the room next door, where Doe 2 claims Nelly dropped his pants, started masturbating, tried to remove her top, and told her, "You want this d*ck don't you". She realized then that he expected to have sex with her.

The woman called police after being thrown off the bus by Nelly following the alleged attack. Nelly has filed a motion to strike Greene's claim that he assaulted the other two women.
