Best Black Friday US games deals

Black Friday 2017 deals in the United Kingdom are getting better by the day, and there are now some very attractive early offers for gaming enthusiasts, including Xbox One, PS4, game bundles and PC or console games.

If you want to make do with a standard 500GB PS4 (and you may as well, considering you can plug external HDDs in these days), for £199.99 you can get a console, Federation Internationale de Football Association 18, GT Sport and the new PlayLink title, Knowledge is Power.

Big box retailers like Best Buy, Target and Walmart are all expected to have at least some quantities of the console in stock for the big shopping days-though don't expect to find them available at a discount.

Past year gave us discounts that took the Xbox One S down to £199.99 alongside copies of Minecraft and Forza Horizon 3, which in itself was a great deal, though the absolute best value bundle had to be GAME's offering of an Xbox One S with Federation Internationale de Football Association 17, Rise of the Tomb Raider and Forza Horizon 3, along with a Now TV Sky Cinema pass - that pack would have cost you £229.99.

Some of these deals are time-bound, so you'll have to keep checking in.

Xbox Store is also offering Xbox gift cards to customers for them to use it or give to someone as a gift. It's also likely many other retailers will offer these bundles with some modifications or other PS4 bundles that clock in at under the £200 mark.

With the original Xbox One now having been discontinued and replaced by the Xbox One S, those who haven't yet invested in an Xbox One will only have two consoles to choose from when making the jump to Microsoft's platform. GameStop is also offering the PS4 Pro console with the special-edition Destiny 2 and Star Wars Battlefront II models for $450. Retailers saw enough demand for it, however, that they chose to include it in their advertising anyway.

Most stores have the Xbox One X listed at its retail price of $499. With prices this good it'll be hard to resist.

Earlier this week Sony announced you could grab a PS4 Pro with Call of Duty: WWII and either GT Sport or Federation Internationale de Football Association 18 for £299.99. Some are also Prime-exclusive.

Black Friday 2017 shoppers will be pleased to hear that Amazon's unbelievable Nintendo Switch Super Mario Odyssey bundle is making a comeback. The sale will be open to all PSN members on November 21. The Black Friday deal of Xbox Store ends on November 27. We'll be updating this article as soon as we get the word on more PS4 deals from retailers.
