Champions League: Willian torments ten-man Qarabag as Chelsea advance

English champions Chelsea have joined Bayern, Beşiktaş, Manchester City, Paris, Real Madrid and Tottenham in the UEFA Champions League round of 16 after destroying 10-man Qarabag 0-4 on Wednesday.

The Azerbaijani team's programme included lists of both squads - very useful information, you'll agree - ahead of a game that would see Chelsea qualify for the knockout stages of the competition with a win.

Thibaut Courtois and Gary Cahill in particular saw their names transformed into something of a Pro Evolution Soccer style, becoming Tibo Kurtua and Hari Kehill.

Hazard and Cesc Fabregas converted from the spot, while Willian marked his 200th Blues appearance with two sublime goals.

"We need all the players to be ready for all games", said Willian.

"It will be a good chance to have another rotation with the players. When you wait or you arrive in this type of moment it could be more hard for us". Don't forget Atletico are in trouble because they drew twice against Qarabag. We have a big game at Liverpool on Saturday so it was good to have a small rest.

Hazard was nominally Chelsea's central striker but the Belgian playmaker had the freedom to roam and it was from a deeper position that he triggered his side's 21st-minute opener.

Willian completed a superb individual display with his second goal five minutes from the end of normal time, collecting Pedro's pass before lashing beyond Sehic from 20 yards to send Chelsea through with a little bit of swagger.

He followed the opener with an extravagant touch to help double Chelsea's lead in the 36th minute.

Conte's team struck for a third time in the 73rd minute when Gara Garayev conceded a penalty with a tug on Willian.

Chelsea wasn't done and Willian capped the rout with a stinging strike from the edge of the area in the 85th minute.
