McGregor shoves referee Goddard in Dunblin

UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor has been in trouble repeatedly as of late but he seems to have reached new heights at Bellator 187 in Dublin.

The Bellator 187 event took place Friday evening in Dublin and is scheduled to air on tape delay in the US on Spike TV.

Ward walked away with a first-round knockout win over Team Ryano's John Redmond, but the focus was all on McGregor after the fight.

Referee Marc Goddard then tried to have McGregor removed from the cage, and the Irish firebrand shoved the referee.

After Goddard tried to remove The Notorious from the cage, the Dubliner chased the official across the mat despite the attempts to hold him back. Upon being confronted, McGregor slaps the the official before his teammate Ward runs over to him. McGregor attacked Goddard, having to be physically restrained by others in the cage while seemingly continuing to verbally attack the referee. McGregor also attended that event in support of a teammate, featherweight Artem Lobov.

FYI, Goddard ordered McGregor to leave cageside last time Lobov fought in the that's probably what set Conor off. But his actions were met with a furious response from McGregor.

Unless you've been living under a rock, you're well aware that McGregor mad his much anticipated professional boxing debut against Floyd Mayweather back in August.

Eventually McGregor was escorted out of the Octagon.
