Brad Bufanda, an actor best known for his roles in TV shows including "Veronica Mars" and "Co-Ed Confidential", has died after apparently taking his own life.

Bufanda jumped from a building in the 300 block of Fuller Avenue, Winter said.

There had been no public statement since Bufanda, 34, was found by a transient at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday. A note was found near his body listing his parents and thanking people in his life.

His breakout role was in the cult teen series, Veronica Mars where he played a biker gang member, Felix Toombs.

Bufanda's manager Kirsten Solem confirmed the death news of the actor.

Brad Bufanda, born Fred Joseph Bufanda, legally changed his first name to Brad in 2001. His family would like the public to respect their privacy during this hard time. His last listed role is in the romantic comedy Stan the Man, which will be released in 2018.

Furthermore, the rep claimed Brad was "reviving" his movie career considering he had just completed two new films. "My heart goes out to his family", series creator Rob Thomas wrote on Twitter.

Bufanda also trained as a professional basketball player, Variety reported, but returned to acting following an injury.
