Billy Joel shares baby bump in Belfast: He'll be dad at 68

Billy Joel and his fourth wife, Alexis Rodrick, are expecting a second child.

The 68-year-old musician has been with Alexis, 35, since 2009.

"We are due next month", Joel told The Belfast Telegraph in a new wide-ranging interview, marking the first time he's said he's expecting another new child.

Joel told the Telegraph Della Rose was "pretty good" and slept through the night, and that "I hope the next one will".

"She has just arrived with their [2-year-old] daughter Della Rose and a little dog, Jack".

Joel and his fourth wife started dating in 2009 and Wednesday in July 2015 during a secret ceremony at his Long Island estate.

In the interview, Billy also revealed that his little girl so far isn't into watching television, but instead prefers to spend time outside. A month later, the couple welcomed baby Della, introducing their new bundle of joy to the world with a sweet photograph of her lying in her mum's arms. "I'm sure she will soon enough!"

"She's a hoot. She's a amusing kid".

He is also dad to singer Alexa Ray Joel, his 31-year-old daughter from his second marriage to supermodel Christie Brinkley.

Joel was also previously married to Elizabeth Weber Small from 1973 to 1982, and he Wednesday celebrity chef Katie Lee in 2004.

The Bronx-born Joel performs his 46th concert at Madison Square Garden this Friday as part of his ongoing monthly residency there.
