Here's where to get free coffee on National Coffee Day

Bagels: Every customer can get a free coffee on Friday, no purchase required. Here are some places where you can get special deals on your morning cup. Several retailers around the Garden State and at the Jersey Shore are offering free coffee all day long - while supplies and cups last.

McDonald's: Grab your phone and use the Micky D's app because you can get a free medium McCafé drink or a small for $2. Customers should use the code CELEBRATE when purchasing. For the three days, there will be no menu boards.

Keurig: Keurig is offering 20% of all K-Cup pods on with the code "CELEBRATE" at checkout until October 1.

Customers will receive one free espresso shortbread cookie with any purchase. In addition to that, Cumberland Farms is also bringing back Free Coffee Fridays, in which customers can stop by on any Friday beginning on October 13 and receive a free coffee without a coupon. Limit one per person. Or, if you're in North Carolina, congrats - you have a better option than brewed coffee: The chain collaborated with Catawba Brewing Company on a brown ale made with pumpkin-flavored cold brew. Other participating cities are Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin, Dallas and Philadelphia.

Dunkin' Donuts: Dunkin' Donuts is offering a buy-one-get-one-free coffee deal. To redeem, show a bar code on the 7-Eleven smartphone app at checkout. Find a participating location here.

Cumberland Farms: Text the word "FREECOFFEE" to 64827 to receive a mobile coupon on your smartphone on September 29, which can be redeemed at any Cumberland Falls retail location for a free coffee of any size, iced or hot.

Cinnabon: Get a free small coffee.

"Connecting over coffee with friends, family and colleagues is often a key part of an on-the-go day", says Tom Manchester, vice president, field marketing, Dunkin' Donuts, in a news release.

Starbucks is doing #NationalCoffeeDay a little differently than their competitors, and unfortunately there won't be any free coffee.
