Lodged Into Rear of Truck - Being Dragged Up Cajon Pass

The video, which was uploaded to Facebook, showed major damage to the passenger side of the auto.

A driver says he's lucky to be alive after his vehicle became wedged under a truck and was dragged four miles up the Cajon Pass.

Brian Steimke was driving down I-15 freeway on Wednesday afternoon when he witnessed the burgundy Nissan Maxima stuck under the truck. The driver in the sedan can be seen waving his hands for help behind a shattered windshield and crushed hood.

In the video, Steimke drives alongside the auto and the driver waves at him, apparently seeking help.

Horns honk in the background as the truck finally comes to a stop in lanes.

As Steimke drives up and pulls over, another vehicle could be seen braking in front of the truck, forcing him to stop.

The driver responded and asked, "so far?"

When the driver says he didn't know that, Steimke says "What do you mean you didn't know it, dude!"

Somehow on Wednesday, a Nissan driving on a Southern California freeway got wedged into the rear wheels of a tandem truck.

It doesn't take very long for new drivers to grow accustomed to sharing the road with semi-trucks. According to the California Highway Patrol, this crash is not considered a criminal incident.
