Could Myles Garrett Fall to 49ers at No. 2 in Draft?

Nearly everyone expect the Cleveland Browns to take defensive end Myles Garrett as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Miller told NFL.com that his fellow former Texas A&M Aggie pass rusher deserves to be the No 1 overall pick in the Draft, which will be held from April 27 to 29 in Philadelphia. The feeling is that if the Browns would like to trade out of the top spot, teams that had been targeting Trubisky may now be eager to give up a bounty for the No. 1 pick. Schefter earlier reported that Cleveland had given Garrett an "astronomical grade" in its draft evaluation report.

Trubisky has only 13 career starts.

But, it could also be a draft smokescreen by the Browns.

The Kansas City Chiefs continue to host numerous college quarterbacks at Arrowhead Stadium this offseason in their work leading up to the 2017 NFL Draft.

NBA Hall-of-Famer John Havlicek was a seventh-round pick of the Cleveland Browns in 1962.

In what is referred to as the "silly season" in the National Football League, teams are also prone to floating smokescreens to drive up the value of draft picks. Whether it's Mitch Trubisky or Deshaun Watson at No. 12 or Patrick Mahomes II or Davis Webb at No. 33, the Browns must leave this draft with a quarterback to add something to a position of great need.

Starting with the second overall pick (49ers), multiple teams are expected to consider drafting a quarterback.
