Federal Bureau of Investigation moves to interview Clinton over emails

According to several recent reports, the FBI is wrapping up its investigation and will soon interview several Clinton aides who sent her classified information.

With prosecutors and investigators calling Mrs. Clinton's closest advisors and alerting them that they will be interviewed in the coming weeks, it looks like the clock is running out on any chance for the former secretary of state to shake this off before the end of the primaries.

In a lengthy article published on Easter Sunday, March 27, the newspaper alleged that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is using close to 150 full-time agents to help determine whether or not Clinton, 68, violated the law by using her personal BlackBerry for all her email communications leading up to her Democratic presidential campaign. That is because Mrs. Clinton has repeatedly stated that she has never knowingly sent or received classified documents on her private e-mail account. The FBI response was that much of the material secured is in fact classified and they are related to an ongoing investigation, thereby except from the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

If Clinton is indicted, she will finally have to answer the question about dropping out of the race.

A former official at Homeland Security and the Department of Justice, Nathan Sales, is also surprised with Clinton's love for BlackBerry. The FBI knows that nothing is marked classified, and its agents also know that her unprotected secret server transmitted some of the nation's gravest secrets.

Villanova ready to bring a championship back to Philadelphia
The Sooners 51 points saw Oklahoma shoot just under 32 percent from the floor, including hitting just six triples on 27 attempts. The teams met in the 2009 Final Four , with UNC winning 77-62 to advance to (and ultimately win) the title game.

Shuster finishes his report this way (emphasis mine): "Because there is now every sign the Clinton email investigation is quickly headed towards a conclusion, whether it's her exoneration or indictment". The State Department now concedes that a small percentage of those messages contained sensitive national security information, including some later determined to be top secret.

This final stage of the investigation "will include former State Department aides Philippe Reines, Former Clinton Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, and Clinton herself".

"The facts of the case do not fit the law", said American University law Professor Stephen Vladeck.

Clinton did release half the emails that passed through her server to the State Department 10 months after her term ended, although she did not surrender the rest, as she claimed they were personal emails, clearly defying her own memo. "The interviews are critical to understand the volume of information they have collected" to decide, "whether there is a prosecutable case", McJunkin said.

Federal law enforcement sources have let it be known that federal prosecutors and the FBI have completed their examination of raw data in the case. One hundred forty-seven F.B.I. agents have been deployed to run down leads, according to a lawmaker briefed by F.B.I.

Hillary Clinton Says 'There's No Indication' Sanders Would Help Elect More Democrats
Cruz is laughing about imagining Trump dropping back as quarterback and then seeing Gbaja-Biamila coming across the line. Sanders said this makes him "the strongest candidate " on the Democratic side to go up against Trump.

One of Clinton's top aides specifically rejected a plan that would have allowed her to use a BlackBerry that was subject to public-records requests.

However, there's a pivotal distinction between the Petraeus case and the ongoing one swirling around Clinton. But Democratic voters still have a choice, and Clinton should debate him. "And the Justice Department lawyers know it".

Some Democrats who now understand the gravity of the case against Clinton have taken to arguing lately that the feds should establish a different and higher bar - a novel and unknown requirement for a greater quantum of evidence and proof of a heavier degree of harm - before Clinton can be prosecuted.
