Bezos told the press at the facility tour that he isn't anxious about Blue Origin having competition from other private space companies: there will be a lot of resources needed and a lot of room for different companies to grow as more and more work is done beyond Earth, he said.

He enthusiastically shared technical details and explanations during a media tour and one engineer said he was as knowledgeable about the technology as anyone in the building. "I'm optimistic it will be a healthy business", Bezos said. Bezos made his forward-looking remarks during a talk at Blue Origin earlier this week, The Guardian said. There is a Russian space suit on display and a proposed space station that was never built.
Now, Bezos said he's nearly ready to start sitting people on top of those rockets.
The move indicates Bezos' ambition to catch up with rival companies Space X and Virgin Galactic, which also hope to send paying customers to space in the near future.
