Bobbi Kristina Brown's autopsy results unclear

'The cause of Bobbi Kristina Brown's death as determined by the Fulton County Medical Examiner is: Lobar pneumonia, ' said the statement, 'Due to: Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, delayed effects.

Brown was under the influence of marijuana, alcohol, a cocaine-related substance called benzoylecgonine, morphine and benzodiazepines, which are medications used for sedation or to treat anxiety, according to the medical examiner.

The medical examiner says investigators could not determine if the death was accidental or intentional, or if it was a suicide or homicide. The official cause of Bobbi Kristina's death has been a source of great controversy since a judge sealed the coroner's records last autumn, pending a criminal investigation into any involvement that Bobbi Kristina's then-boyfriend, Nick Gordon, may have had in her death.

An attorney for Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend says he hopes new details about what led to her death puts to rest "all the negativity" that surrounds his client.

Randy Kessler, an attorney for Gordon, said he was not surprised by the findings.
