Kanye West claims he is $79 million in debt

Feb 17, 2016, 08:07

West has also been roundly criticised for lyrics about Taylor Swift in which he implies he'll sleep with her and that "I made that b***h famous".

West, however, says not only did Swift give her approval for the lyric, but she was the one who suggested it in the first place.

The rep also claimed Swift, 26, cautioned West about releasing a song "with such a strong misogynistic message".

"Taylor was never made aware of the actual lyric".

Whether he's defending his lyrics, feuding with other rappers or slating anyone that criticises him, Kanye West just can't seem to stop ranting on Twitter these days.

Kanye West's The Life of Pablo didn't arrive as promised Friday, but the rapper said it was for a good reason: Chance the Rapper was in the studio doing some last-minute work on a song called "Waves", which was left off the final and then reconfigured Pablo track lists.

The song appears to refer to West's stage invasion at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards when he grabbed the mic from a stunned Swift.

Looks like Selena Gomez is on Taylor Swift's team. "Victims of Bill Cosby, the Slut shaming, Amber [Rose]... And now my dear friend Taylor. Can I still support him and call myself a feminist? (Hmmm, maybe that's the reason why she was winning a VMA...)" "Everybody has their own opinion", Gomez continued. "She's killing it and she kind of always has been".

However, Kanye West also posted certain tweets that said that he had every right to say what he wanted to say without censoring it. "I write this to you my brothers while still 53 million dollars in personal debt", Yeezy tweeted. "This is my true heart...", he wrote.
