one thing that everyone has to remember the coach calls the plat & the players run them. its not the coaches fault that the players can’t run the plays. if they were paying me over 100k a season you bet i would be out there kicking some a#% and running the plays i was told to run

I sure hope you are correct in your analysis. But I am afraid McNair will keep him, along with the pathetic Rick Smith as GM. Look at the past five years, and look at the product they have put on the field through the draft and free agency. Then look at the results on this season-most NFL owners would not put up with this. Look at Jerry Jones. I am not a fan, but I admire him for apologising to the fans for the lousy product that was on the field. McNair thinks we are headed in the right direction-are you freaking kidding me? The Texans problem is that we have a bad owner-one of the worst in the NFL. He reminds me of Al Davis-and that is as bad as it gets. I will continue to not support the Texans and will pull for another team as long as Kubiak and Smith remain with the organization.

I vote for Jon Gruden. I like him better than Cowher and I think his midset will fit the Texans better than Cowher. The Texans are a much better team than they appear and I think they lack motivation because of Kubiak. The situtation reminds me of Dallas (not my team) and how they turned around after Wade Phillips was shown the door. Hopefully they will be in playoff contention next year.

some coaches have the ability to motivate Kubiak lacks this ability and seems always negative especially when he,s always using the excuse “how hard it is to win in this league” just go out and win dont think about loosing

Until the Texans get a pass defence…other teams will continue to pick them apart..No matter what kind of lead they have…would like to see coach Gary interact with his
players on the sideline…he looks bored just pacing the sideline looking at a piece of paper..Wish he had what Bum Phillips had..the ability to get players motavated..and play better than they were…
