Just a few days removed from the circus surrounding wide receiver Vincent Jackson, the Chargers received good news this afternoon, as Pro Bowl offensive tackle Marcus McNeill ended his holdout and reported to practice.
Multiple sources are reporting that McNeill has not agreed to a long term extension with San Diego, and will only sign the one year tender offer put forward by the Chargers earlier this off-season.
McNeill is still subject to the suspension he received when San Diego chose to place him on the roster exempt list at the start of the season, and will miss the next three games before rejoining the Chargers in week six against St. Louis.
