If Jones can get Shanny in there, the Cowboys will be much better next year Thanks for commenting and drop back in anytime... Great post Brandon… no need to apologize

I will not doubt that Wade has a nice coaching resume...if you count the months before December and January. He says he doesn't get respect, but a lot of that is because of an 0-4 postseason record. It's great that you got four different teams to the playoffs, but you still gotta win IN the playoffs as well! When your team gets to the playoffs, it's a whole new slate, and no one looks at the 16 games before. The 07 Giants (you know, the one that knocked Wade and my #1-seeded Cowboys out of the playoffs) limped their way to a 10-6 record. But come January 2008, Eli Manning was a whole new QB, no turnovers in the playoffs, and knocked off all three NFC division champs, and pulled off one of the biggest Super Bowl upsets ever. The 08 Cardinals? 9-7, but again, in the playoffs, they were on fire, and were 60 seconds away from another big upset over the Steelers. Speaking of the Steelers, the 05 squad ended their season in a similar fashion before going on the road to beat Seattle. I've gone on another tangent, but I say all that to say you get respect based on what you can do in the postseason. A playoff win would be a step toward keeping your job. Prove the naysayers wrong. Sorry for rambling; I get passionate about Cowboys football. ;-) Kudos to Jerry for finally making an effort to be accountable…however, Wade is already showing signs of a defeatist attitude, and is close to saying “It is what it is”.
