Redskins beat writer Rick Maese is reporting (via Twitter) that OT Chris Samuels will likely be unavailable for next week’s contest against the winless Kansas City Chiefs, and Stephen Heyer will take his spot on the field.
This is good news for KC, and really bad news for Washington, as Samuels is easily their best blocker up front. If he can’t go, the Chiefs should be able to mount fairly consistent pressure on Jason Campbell, which bodes well for them finally getting into the win column.
