Well, the top ten picks have come and gone, and now it’s time for the craziness to begin. Here’s a quick recap of how things went down…

1. Detroit Lions -  Matt Stafford (QB)

No brainer here, as the Lions had to get a legit QB now. Stafford has the game to be a stud, but can he handle playing for a terrible team in Detroit?

2. St. Louis Rams – Jason Smith (OT)

As solid of a pick as you can get. Smith will be dominant up front for the Rams for years to come.

3. Kansas City Chiefs – Tyson Jackson (DE)

First reach of the draft right here. Jackson is a good player, but not worth a pick at this spot given all the needs the Chiefs have.

4. Seattle Seahawks – Aaron Curry (LB)

Another no brainer. Curry is the best player available in the draft on defense and the Seahawks defense will be much better next year.

5. New York Jets (From CLE) – Mark Sanchez (QB)

Big time trade to get this high, but who can argue with the result? Sanchez will be the better of the two top QBs when it’s all said and done.

6. Cincinnati Bengals – Andre Smith (OT)

The Bengals needed a solid left tackle in a bad way in this draft and no one was better last year on the field than Andre Smith.

7. Oakland Raiders – Darrius Heyward-Bey (WR)

Someone really needs to check and see if Al Davis is still thinking clearly. DHB is a good prospect, but a MAJOR reach here.

8. Jacksonville Jaguars – Eugene Monroe (OT)

Great pick for the Jags here as they get one of the best tackles available without having to trade up.

9. Green Bay Packers – B.J. Raji (DT)

Raji is the new man in the middle for the Pack and he should fix their run D woes in a hurry.

10. San Francisco 49ers – Michael Crabtree (WR)

Talk about a gift… the 49ers just got the biggest Christmas present in history with this pick. Shades of Jerry Rice come to mind.
