The Associated Press is reporting that Dave Meggett, a former NFL RB with the Giants and Patriots, has been arrested and charged with raping a 21 year old woman yesterday in Charleston, SC. Meggett is still waiting trial for a previous charge of rape, and has been denied bail after the latest allegation surfaced.
